摘要
介绍了一种非接触式多工况在线动态扭矩测量装置.此装置利用装在转轴上2个截面的反射装置反射检测介质来传递转动轴上的信息,然后通过积分得到2个截面的相对转角,再通过控制系统进行扭矩的测量、结果的处理及数据的输出,可达到智能化的动态测量.
A dynamic-torque measuring device is presented, which is non-contact, immediate and can work on different conditions. By making use of the reflecting equipment installed on the two cross sections of the pivot, this device can tramsmit information of the axis of rotation through reflected medium. Then, relative rotating angle between the two sections can be calculated by integration. After that, the control system will complete the measurement of torque, process and output of data. Thus, intellectual dynamic measurement is achieved.
