摘要 针对极端环境下扭矩测量国内外尚无较好测量方案的现状,提出一种新的环形球栅扭矩测量原理。采用特制的球栅圆环和专用的电磁检测器组成一种非接触式扭矩传感器,该传感器具有抗振、防水、防尘、防油并且高灵敏度的特性。然后介绍了基于环形球栅传感器的扭矩测量方法,即通过检测机械轴两端的环形球栅传感器所输出的正弦信号的相位差来检测扭矩的方法。并在LabVIEW平台下进行了扭矩的测量原理实验,其结果初步证实了环形球栅测量扭矩的可行性和可靠性。 Aiming at the present state that there still has not a better method to detect torque under extreme environment in domestic, a new measuring principle of torque based on ring ball gratings is put forward. A new non-contact torque sensor is composed of a special spheric grid annulus and a magnetic-electric detector, and has the characteristics of shakeproof, waterproof, dustproof, greaseproof and high sensitivity. And then the measuring method of torque based on this sensor is introduced, in which torque can be detected from the phase difference of the two sine signals from the ring ball grating sensor at the two ends of the drive shaft. Measuring principle experiments of torque were conducted with laboratory virtual instrument engineering workbench (LabVIEW). Experiment results prove the feasibility and reliability of the method in measuring torque based on ring ball gratings.
