摘要
研究了苦丁茶超细粉碎时间对粉碎效果的影响和有效成分在水中的溶出特性 ,萃取液添加适当配料后经浓缩、干燥制得速溶苦丁茶粉末。结果表明制备速溶苦丁茶的几个重要工艺参数是 :超细粉碎时间为 12~ 15分钟 ,萃取时间为4 5~ 5 0分钟 ,茶水比为 1∶ 4 0。
Kuding tea is ultra-fine grinded by the high frequency shaking mill and than instant Kuding tea powder is made. The paper studied the water-dissolving-out characteristics of ultra-fine powder of kuding tea`s effective composition. The result of experiment showed that the ideal production can be obtained under the condition of grinding time 12~15Min, extracting time 45~50 Min, ratio of solvent to material 1∶40.
