摘要
以珍珠为研究对象 ,用高频振动磨进行干式超细粉碎 ,简要介绍了珍珠超细粉体的制备过程和特点 ,考察了超细粉碎过程中珍珠粉体的色泽变化 .采用激光衍射法分析了粉体颗粒的粒度、粒度分布及比表面积的变化特征 .结果表明 ,可获得 5~ 10 μm的珍珠超细粉体 ,细度达到了所需要求 ,且色泽好、品质高、无污染 ,是一种制备珍珠超细粉体的有效、可行的方法 .
By using high frequency shaked mill, pearls is superfinely grinded. This paper reports the process and process feature of pearl powder preparation. The product color is studied in the grinding process, and the characteristic of change about particle size, specificsurface area and particle size distribution are analyzed by laser diffraction analyzer. The results show that the particle size of the pearl superfine powder reaches 5-10 μm, pearl powder's colour and quality are excellent. The preparation method of pearl superfine powder is feasible and efficent.
