摘要
苦丁茶(IlexlatifoliaThunb)叶片含有多酚类、黄酮类、氨基酸等多种生理活性成分。经过动物试验,认为苦丁茶具有降低血压,胆固醇和甘油三酯之疗效,并经过毒理试验,认为苦丁茶是一种安全性好的保健食品。
Leaves of Kuding tea(Ilex latifolia Thunb)contain many physiological active com-positions such as polyphenol,amino acids,etc. Through animal experiments,it wasfound that the Kuding tea had the curative effects of lowering blood pressure,andreducing both cholesterol and triglyeeride content of blood.Results of toxicologicaltests indicated that the Kuding tea is one kind of safe health food.
