摘要
笔者根据适应与经济发展的一般含义,探讨了公路与经济发展相适应性内涵,拟定了其评价指标,建立了量化模型,说明了量化过程,提出了客观模糊评价方法,设定了评价指标的评语集、评语值域和模糊隶属度函数,然后对我国1991～1999年公路交通与经济发展的适应性进行了评价,得出了不适应性结论.
By discussing the implications of highway traffic and economic development adaptability basied on the meaning of adaptability and economic development, and designing the evaluation attributes (indexes), building their calculation models, explaining their quantitative processes, putting forward objective fuzzy evaluation method, determining their comment sets, value scales and fuzzy functions, Chinese highway traffic and economic development adaptability from 1991 to 1999 is evaluated and inadaptability conclusions are given.
