摘要
旅游景区由于其产品的特殊性,在游客体验和旅游活动对环境的影响方面都需要对游客进行直接或间接的管理。长期以来,旅游景区游客管理没有得到与游客服务一样的重视,被包含在旅游环境影响及其管理研究和旅游环境容量理论中。文章对国内外游客管理的相关理论研究作了分析。在此基础上,总结阐述了游客管理的一般含义、特征、主要内容及当前的管理对策,并针对我国旅游景区游客管理的现状提出一些提高管理水平的途径。
Because of special property on the product, tourist attractions need direct or indirect management to tourists both in tourist experience and in environmental effects of tourism. But visitor management has not been in an important position as tourism service, it has been a part of some theories which are mainly about environmental management and effects of tourism, tourism environmental carrying capacity. The paper analyses the theories of visitor management home and abroad. On the basis of this, the authors sum and set forth the main content of the study on visitor management, and advance some practical ways of improving visitor management in China.
