摘要
根据交通运输建设项目的特点，分析和论述了项目后评价管理的重要意义、国内外发展状况、以及交通建设项目后评价的主要内容、管理程序及工作流程，并提出了改进和完善项目后评价工作的一些建议和设想。
According to characteristics of the projects for transportation infrastructure, the paper analyzes and discusses the importance and development both in our country and the world of projects post evaluation; the content and programme of projects post evaluation for transportation infrastructure some corresponding porposals are given as well.
