简述了航空发动机转子叶尖间隙控制的意义及作用 ,转子叶尖间隙设计选择的依据。以某型风扇和某型高压压气机转子叶尖间隙测量为例 ,具体分析了间隙对性能的影响作用和变化规律 ,论证了间隙测试技术作为一种指导和验证手段在工程应用中的重要作用。
The importance of controlling aeroengine rotor tip-clearance and the basis of selecting the clearance in design are briefly presented.Taking the measurement of a typical fan and high compressor for example,the effect of tip clearance on performance and the regular pattern of clearance variation are analyzed in details.The importance of tip-clearance and testifying means is demonstrated.
