摘要 航空发动机转子叶尖间隙及同心度是影响发动机性能和安全的重要参数。组建了一套电容法测试系统,并成功用于发动机风扇转子叶尖间隙及同心度测量。通过分析测量数据,得到了发动机风扇转子叶尖间隙及同心度随转速和时间的变化规律。结果表明:慢车以下状态时,转速升高,转子叶尖间隙减小,转子向下偏移;慢车以上状态时,转速升高,转子叶尖间隙减小,转子向上偏移;最大状态时,部分测点存在较大叶尖间隙,同心度均不为零。 Aero-engine rotor blade tip clearance and concentricity are the important parameters which af-fect engine performance and safety. The capacitance method was applied in a certain type of engine test. Byanalyzing the fan rotor blade tip clearance and concentricity measurement data, the variation of the enginefan rotor blade tip clearance and concentricity with the speed and time were obtained. The results show thatwhen the state is under the idle, the rotor blade tip clearance reduces and the rotor offsets down with thespeed increasing; when the state is up the idle, the rotor blade tip clearance reduces and the rotor offsets upwith the speed increasing; when the state is maximum, there is a big tip clearance in part of the measuringpoints and concentricity is not zero.
