摘要
设计了用于航空发动机叶尖间隙测量的光纤传感器。介绍了系统工作原理。研究了光纤传感器的输出特性。针对影响因素,采用补偿技术对测量信号进行处理。对传感器性能进行仿真分析,得到了线性的输出特性曲线,同时表明补偿技术能有效地消除各影响因素对输出特性的影响。
Optical fiber sensor is designed to measure the blade tip clearance of aero-engine. The principle of measurement is introduced and the output characteristic is analyzed. The error compensation technique is used to process the signals. The linear output characteristic curves of fiber sensor are attained by simulation, and the results also indicate that the compensation technique is effective in eliminating the impact of factors on output characteristic.
