摘要
基因活化剂使用浓度设3个水平:375倍、750倍、1500倍稀释液;施肥时间设4个水平:浸渍种苗基部1h、1次、2次、3次叶面追肥。第3次叶面追肥1个月后测定光合速率。结果表明:3个浓度水平的光合速率分别比对照提高了20.87%,25.31%和23.06%,4个时间水平的光合速率分别比对照提高了23.69%,22.13%,22.04%和22.81%,不同浓度和不同时间之间均无显著差异。用750倍稀释液浸渍种苗基部1h或追肥1次,即可显著提高紫色甘薯的光合速率。
A newly developed gene activator diluted 375, 750 or 1 500 times was used to treat purple sweet potato plants at four growth periods: dipping the basal part of the seed stem and foliar spray at three different dates. One month after the third spray, photosynthetic rate of the treated plants was determined. The results showed that treatments with the three concentrations increased photosynthetic rate by (20.87%), 25.31% and 23.06%, respectively, and treatments at the four dates increased photosynthetic rate by 23.69%, 22.13%,(22.04%) and 22.81%, respectively.
