摘要
基因活化剂使用浓度(A)设3个水平:375×(A1),750×(A2),1-500×(A3),处理时间(B)设3个水平:浸渍尖梢苗基部0.5-h(B1),1-h(B2),2-h(B3),处理后培养在改良Hoagland培养液基中,5-d后测定根系长度和面积.结果表明:A1、A2和A3的根系长度分别比对照(177.88-cm)提高了0.88倍、1.34倍和0.89倍,根系面积分别比对照(9.57-cm2)提高了1.70倍、5.09倍和1.45倍;B1、B2和B3的根系长度分别比对照提高了0.91倍、1.31倍和0.90倍,根系面积分别提高了3.94倍、2.39倍和1.93倍,与对照差异均达显著水平(p<0.05),不同水平间差异极显著(p<0.01).A2B2是最佳水平组合,其根系长度比对照提高了1.38倍,根系面积提高了4.91倍.用750倍基因活化剂浸渍尖梢苗基部1-h,可显著促进紫色甘薯的根系生长.
In the experiment, three concentrations of gene activator were used: A1, A2 and A3, which were diluted by 375× (A1), 750× (A2) and 1 500×(A3), respectively. Plants were treated by 0.5 h(B1), 1 h (B2) and 2 h(B3 ), respectively. The experiment materials dipped were cultured in liquid Hoagland medium and the length and area of root system of the treated plants were determined after 5 d. The results showed that plants with the three solution concentrations increased the length of root system by 0.88, 1. 34 and 0.89 times, respectively, their root system area increased by 1.70, 5.09 and 1.45 times, respectively. Plants subjected to three different treatment times increased their root system length by 0.91, 1.31 and 0.90 times, respectively, their root system area increased by 3.94, 2.39 and 1.93 times, respectively. The mean differences were significant at the 0.05 among different treatments and levels of factors. A2B2 was the best treatment combination, its root system length and area increased by 1.38 and 4. 91 times, respectively. So, that the basal parts of seed stem were dipped for one hour could improve the growth of root system of purple sweet-potato significantly.
