摘要
目的 :考察影响广藿香挥发油及主要成分含量的因素 ,为广藿香的内在质量评价和鉴定提供依据。方法 :采用《中国药典》挥发油含量测定法及GC MS法对不同产地、不同采收期、不同加工方法 ,以及不同水平施肥和施用农药等因素对广藿香挥发油和主要成分含量的测定和比较。结果 :不同产地、不同采收期和不同加工方法均对广藿香挥发油含量有影响 ,不同水平施肥和施用农药则对其无显著影响。结论 :在制订广藿香药材及中成药质量标准时必须考虑原药材的不同产地、不同采收期和不同加工方法等因素的影响。
Objective: To provide scientific basis for q uality evaluation by investigating the influential factors of the volatile oil a nd main constituent content in Pogostemon cablin. Method: Several experiments were carried out to test different habitats, collection periods, processing methods, the level of spreading manure and using agricultura l chemical with the volatile oil assay of pharmacopoeia and GC-MS method.Result: The effect of different habiats, collection periods, pr ocessing methods on volatile oil and main constituent content was shown signific antly. Conclusion: Such factors as different habitats, col lection periods, processing methods should be taken into account when the qualit y standard of medicinal materials was made.
