摘要
通过改变硼砂溶液的浓度、运行电压、溶液酸度,分析图谱峰的优化分离条件,从而确定硼砂溶液浓度20 mmol/L、运行电压20 kV、pH值为8.88。添加剂乙醇、乙腈不能有效地分离峰,而添加甲醇能够做到对各峰的有效分离,且峰形较好。又通过改变甲醇浓度,分析后确定甲醇体积分数为20%。从而建立了中药月季花的HPCE指纹图谱分析条件,初步拟定指纹特征图谱指标,为月季花药材内在质量评价积累数据。结果共标示出23个共有峰,以此23个共有峰分析,HPCE指纹图谱的精密度、稳定性、重现性良好。此方法准确、可靠、稳定性好,可作为中药月季花的HPCE指纹图谱。
The paper is to establish the fingerprint chromatography of Chinese rose by HPCE. Voltage of 20 kV was applied and UV detection was 254 nm. An electrolyte containing 20mmol/L borate buffer with methanol of 20%(v/v) (pH8.88) was used. A fused-silica capillary with an internal diameter of 75 ? m and a total length of 56 cm and effective length of 48 cm were used. Sample was injected for 6 s. Temperature was 15℃. Under these conditions, 23 common peaks in the fingerprint were indicated. The present method is simple,low cost and suitable for the quality assessment of Chinese rose.
