摘要
稳杀得(吡氟禾草灵)除草剂具有旋光性,其中S异构体没有除草活性.利用Pirkle型(S,S)-Whelk-O1手性固定相,在高效液相色谱上首次对稳杀得及其中间体进行了对映体分离,由相应的R-异构体标样确定R型先洗脱出;同时对流动相条件进行优化实验,考察了醇类添加剂体积分数和种类、酸性添加剂体积分数对其对映体分离的影响.
Fluazifop-P-butyl is a herbicide used for grass weed control in wheat and barley. It is chiral and the (S)-configuration isomer has no biological activity. In this paper, the enantioseparation of fluazifop-P-butyl and its intermediate was studied by using (S,S)-Whelk-O1 chiral stationary phase(CSP). (S,S)-Whelk-O1 belongs to Brush-type Pirkle CSP. The solutes were separated successfully, and it was proved that (R)-configuration isomer was eluted firstly by comparison experiment using (R)-configuration of fluazifop-P-butyl standard. To optimize the composition of mobile phase, the influence of variation of polar alcohol modifier concentration and type in mobile phase on the chiral separation was investigated, and variation of acetic acid concentration as well.
