试样在含有内标物联苯酰的混合溶剂中，于一手性柱上（手性化合物为二硝基苯甲酰基苯基甘氨酸）以２，２，４－三甲基戊烷－异丙醇－三氟醋酸（１０００＋７＋２，ｖ／ｖ）为流动相，使用紫外检测器（２５４纳米），对精吡氟禾草灵进行高效液相色谱分离，精吡氟禾草灵含量通过用标准溶液比较，用外标法求得。
The sample is dissolved in a mixfure of solvents containing Benzil as internal standard and determined by HPLC on a chiral column (chiral compound is Dihitrobenzoyl phenyl glycine) with 2,2,4-trimethylpentane + isopropanol +trifluoro acetic acid ( 1000+ 7 + 2, v/v)as a mobile phase using UV-detection at 254nm;The content of Fluazifopp-bufyl is calculated with external standization comparing with the standard solution.
