摘要
建立一种适用于测定盐酸度洛西汀中1-萘酚的测定方法。色谱柱为AgilentC18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=5.8)-乙腈(63∶37)为流动相;检测波长为230nm;柱温为30℃;流速1.0mL/min;进样体积为10μL。样品中盐酸度洛西汀和1-萘酚分离度良好,1-萘酚的最低检测限为0.132ng。所建立的方法简便、快速,可准确地分离盐酸度洛西汀中的1-萘酚,并能有效监控产品中的主要有关物质。
To establish an HPLC method for determination of 1-naphthol in duloxetine hydrochloride. HPLC method was performed with Agilent C18 column (5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm), 230 nm detection wavelength,and the mobile phase consisting of phosphate buffered solution (pH=5.8)-acetonitrile (63∶37). The column temperature was 30 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Duloxetine hydrochloride was separated with its impurities thoroughly; the LOD was 0.132 ng for 1-naphthol test. The method was simple,rapid,specific and accurate. It can be used to determine 1-naphthol in duloxetine hydrochloride and its related substances.
