摘要 通过电沉积方法制得了 ( Ni- W) - PTFE复合镀层并研究了钨酸钠质量浓度和 PTFE复配液质量浓度对复合镀层的成分及性能的影响。结果表明 ,钨酸钠质量浓度提高 ,镀层中钨的质量分数以及镀层的耐蚀性都有提高 ,PTFE复配液质量浓度提高会使镀层的摩擦系数降低 ,使镀层自润滑性得到改善。 Ni-W)-PTFE composite coating was prepared by electrodeposition and influences of concentration of sodium tungstate and PTFE emulsion in the electrolyte were investigated. The results show that the content of tungsten in deposit and corrosion resistance of the composite coatings were increased with the increase of concentration of sodium tunstate; friction coefficient of the composite coating was decreased as the concentration of PTFE emulsion in the electrolyte increases and PTFE greatly improves the self-lubricating property of the composite coating.
