摘要
研究了Ni-Co合金的电沉积过程,讨论了电镀工艺条件的改变对合金镀层钴含量的影响。实验结果表明,选择适当的阴极电流密度、电解液温度和镀液PH值等,可以获得表面光洁、平整和致密的耐蚀性能比镍镀层更好的合金镀层。实验中测定了电沉积过程的阴极极化曲线,表明Ni-Co合金的共沉积机理为异常共沉积。
The electrodeposition process of Ni-Co alloy was investigated and the effects of electroplating technological conditions on cobalt content in Ni-Co alloy deposit were discussed. The optimum results could be obtained by choosing suitable cathodic densities and controlling temperature and pH value of electroplating bath.
