摘要
在知识经济社会,知识作为一种现代生产资料在企业中扮演着越来越重要的角色,“知识”包括可以直接编码的显性知识和抽象的隐性知识,但企业更关注怎样将隐性知识显性化以便于在企业中进行交流和共享。这需要以何种方式将隐性知识显性化即何种外化模式,知识已成为了企业至关重要的资源和资产,以何种方式有效地将知识转化为生产力,所以外化模式的研究是目前企业管理中的一个重要难题。本文所将讨论到的“外化模式”就为隐性知识向显性知识的转化提供了一条崭新的思路:从技术环境、人文环境等来营造外化的环境,提出了针对知识密集型企业、劳动密集型企业的外化方案。
In the knowledge- based economic society, knowledge is playing an increasingly important role as a kind of modem productive means.'Knowledge' includes the coded explicit knowledge and the abstract tacit knowledge and enterprises normally attache more attention to knowledge externalization, i.e. the transformation of the latter into the former so that it can be readily exchanged and shared within the enterprises. This paper discusses various extemalization modes and provides a new approach for the transformation of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge.
