摘要
本文在分析企业知识学习价值意义的基础上,结合SECI模型,根据企业技术能力发展的过程构建了一个通用的技术系统投入产出图,结合该图提出了技术能力成长过程的一般模型。本文认为,技术能力的进化是一个渐进的过程,并且提出企业技术能力实现阶段跃迁的条件和特点。
Based on analysis of the value and significances of knowledge learning in enterprise and integrated the SECI mode, we structured a chart of technology system input/output based on the procedure of enterprise technology development. A general mode of technol- ogy capabilities development is established after further research. The author deems the evolution of technology capabilities is a gradually procedure, and proposed the factors and characteristics that achieved the stage transition of technology capabilities.
