复合薄膜法反应条件的确定 被引量:1

ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OPTIMAL REACTION CONDITIONS OF MULTIPLE THIN FILM METHOD

摘要 通过实验确定了复合薄膜法的最佳反应条件为 :硝酸灵膜厚度为 1 2nm ,BaCl2 膜厚度为 2nm ;采用辛醇蒸汽来促进粒子与复合薄膜的反应 ;样品在蒸汽中的处理时间为1 8h.在所确定的反应条件下 ,粒子中所含的硝酸根离子和硫酸根离子与复合薄膜反应后 。 The optimal reaction conditions of multiple thin film method were determined.The results of the experiments are:film thickness of nitron is 12nm,and of barium chloride is 2nm.The reaction is proceeding in octanol vapor and the exposed time of samples in octanol vapor is 18h.Under these conditions,the reaction productis of nitrate ion with nitron and of sulfate ion with baium chloride have the most clearly appearance of needle crystal and ring crystal,respectively.
