摘要
流量分配管是将主管流体分配到各个孔, 或者是流体由各孔汇入主管的流动过程. 设计多孔管的任务是要计算各段的流体流动速度、 压强; 计算各孔的流速和孔径. 本文通过能量和质量衡算关系导出等直径流量分配管的计算式, 配液均匀度的表达式. 理论计算值和实验值的最大误差为:压强0.23%; 孔速1.73%.
The flow rate distributor distributes fluids in a main pipe to all holes, or converges fluids from all holes to a main pipe. The design of a p erforated pipe is to calculate the velocities and pressures of fluids in differe nt pipes, and to calculate the diameters and velocities of all holes. This paper derives the formulas to calculate equal_diameter flow rate distributors and der ives the expressions to calculate the homogeneity the distributed liquids, the d eviation between the calculative and experimental values being about 0.23% for p ressures 1.73% for hole velocities.
