摘要
薄膜法可分为形态分析法和化学试剂薄膜法。它们都基于粒子或粒子和化学试剂薄膜反应的生成物的形态特征通过电镜来确定粒子的成分、大小和形态。还可根据采集粒子时的抽气速度、采集时间和粒子的捕捉率推算出大气中粒子的分布。本文主要结合作者的研究讨论了薄膜法及其研究进展。
The thin film method is divided into morphology analysis and chemical reagent thin film method, which are all based on appearance characters of individual particle or reaction products between individual particle and chemical reagent thin film to determine the composition, size and shape of individual particle through electronic microscope. From the distributions of individual particle on the film, it was possible to deduce the distributions of the particles in the atmosphere according to the electric pump rate, the sampling time and the collection efficiency. The thin film method and its research progress were discussed in this paper based on our research.
