摘要
采用不同培养基来测定连蕊茶花粉发芽率,以便了解连蕊茶花粉发芽所需的适宜培养基。结果表明:在培养基KNO3+MgSO4上,其花粉发芽率仅为9.60%,而加有Ca2+、B5+、蔗糖的培养基,连蕊茶花粉的发芽率有大幅度地提高,其中以培养基10%蔗糖+150mg·L-1硼+0.05%钙为最佳,花粉发芽率可达94.9%。同时,对连蕊茶花粉萌发的起始时间及花粉管的生长速度进行了观测。
In order to test the pollen viability of Camellia fraternal,different media with added Ca^(2+), boric acid and sucrose were used. The results showed: that the germination rate was only 9.63% on the medium with KNO_3,MgSO_4 added,and was as high as 94.9% on the medium with 10% sucrose, 150?mg·L^(-1) boric acid and 0.05 Ca^(2+) added. Pollen germination and the length of pollen tube were also observed.
