摘要
以26年生的实生罗田板栗花粉为试材,对采粉时期、枝梢类别、花粉干燥处理方法,花粉贮藏时间和条件、以及硫酸锰等对板栗花粉发芽的影响进行了研究。结果表明:盛花期花粉的发芽率显著高于初花期;雄花枝上的花粉发芽率高于结果枝;花粉室温贮藏以干燥、遮光条件为佳,并且以贮藏6天的花粉发芽率最高;适当浓度的硫酸锰显著地促进板栗花粉发芽,但影响其花粉管的的正常生长.
Using the pollen of seedling chestnut trees as test maierial,the effects of collecting pollen time, shoot types, drying methods of pollen, time and condition of pollen storage, and MnSO_4 on pollen germination of Chinese chestnut were studied. The results showed those the germination percentage of pollen in full flowering period was significantly higher than that of pollen at the beginning of flowering period; the germinating rate of pollen on male inflorescence shoots was notably higher than that of pollen on bearing shoots; there was higher germination percentage that the pollen was stored under dry and dark condition, and the germinating rate of pollen stored 6 days was the highest; 300-500 ppm MnSO_4 stimulated significantly pollengermination, but there was no good effect on the normal growth of pollen tubes.
