摘要
20世纪 8 0— 90年代 ,科技革命掀起新的高潮 ,整个西方经济、社会的现代化进程、经济产业结构、企业组织管理模式、劳动市场结构、社会阶级阶层结构都发生了剧烈变动 ,加上 80— 90年代之交 ,苏联东欧剧变、欧洲一体化进程加速、经济全球化、金融全球化等都标志着资本主义进入一个划时代的、崭新的历史发展阶段 ,即由福特主义资本主义时代向后福特主义资本主义时代过渡。与新时代相适应的资产阶级主流意识形态新保守主义正是上层建筑领域对于生产力、生产关系范畴内各种新变化不断适应的结果。新保守主义在西方国家的全面渗透 ,引发了西方民主政治制度危机和劳动社会危机 ,为极右翼政治思潮的泛滥提供了经济、社会土壤 ,尤其是“9·11”事件后 ,美国新保守主义外交政策日趋强硬 。
In the1980s and 1990s, the revolution of science and technology made great progress. Significant changes were taking place in many fields of the western society. In the mean time, the disintegration of Soviet Union and the dramatic change of Eastern Europe, the accelerated progress of European integration, and the economic and financial globalization symbolized that capitalism entered a new historical stage: from Fordism capitalism to the post Fordism capitalism epoch. Neo conservatism became the mainstream ideology of bourgeois. The spread of neo conservatism not only resulted in the crisis of western democratic political institution and labor society but also provided economic and social environment for the overflow of the far right political ethos. After 9/11 terrorist attacks, the diplomatic policies of American neo conservatism become increasingly tough. The western politics are continuously leaning to right.
