甲氨蝶呤致消化道粘膜损害的机制及药物保护进展 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :为甲氨蝶呤 (methotrexate,MTX)所致消化道粘膜损害的防治提供理论依据 ,提高MTX临床治疗价值。方法 :利用internetMEDLINE文献数据库检索近 1 0年来关于MTX致消化道粘膜损害机制及药物保护的文献 ,进而对文献进行分析。结果 :分析MTX致消化道粘膜损害病理、生化过程 ,对相关细胞因子调节其病理损害及修复过程的作用进行了讨论 ,阐述前列腺素E1 合成类似物OP 1 2 0 6等药物的保护作用。结论 :细胞因子TFF3、TGF、EGF、IGF I在MTX致消化道粘膜损害的病理过程中起重要作用 ;前列腺素E1 合成类似物OP1 2 0 6、生长激素、谷胺酰胺、表皮生长因子及维生素A能有效地减轻和保护MTX对小肠粘膜的损害 ,有利于降低MTX的化疗对消化系统的毒性作用 。
