摘要
血管内皮的完整性对预防心血管疾病的发生至关重要。正常内皮功能的维持不仅依赖于现有的内皮细胞,也依赖于内皮祖细胞的募集。内皮祖细胞有望成为心血管疾病治疗的新靶点。天然药物及其活性成分已广泛用于治疗心血管疾病,它们对内皮祖细胞的作用已有报道,本文对近年来天然药物保护内皮祖细胞的作用机制进行综述。
The integrity and function of the endothelium played a key role in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases （CVDs）. The maintenance of normal endothelial function not only depended on pre-existing endothelial cells, but also included the recruitment of endothelial progenitor cells （EPC） , and EPC might serve as a therapeutic target of CVDs. Application of natural medicines and their ac- tive compounds in the treatment of CVDs, and their effects on EPC had been reported previously. The mechanisms underlying the protec- tion of natural medicines and their active compounds on endothelial progenitor cells were summarized in this paper.
