摘要
目的:就目前小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病主要化疗药物的毒性反应及有效处理方法做一简介,以供临床参考。方法:通过阅读分析大量文献及我院小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病住院患者抗肿瘤药物应用情况,给予总结。结果:加强对小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿化疗药物毒性反应的认识,预防和对症处理这些毒性反应,已成为进一步提高小儿白血病治疗水平和延长患儿生存期的重要工作。结论:及时发现和认识化疗药物在治疗过程中的不良反应,并采取有效的防治措施,可明显提高患儿长期生存率。
Objection：The aim of this paper is to summarize the major toxicity of chemetherapy drugs with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and effcctive trcatment to these toxicity in brief.Methods：through analyzing patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in our hospital and reading a large number of studies,we coneluded Results：Enhancing the recognition of the major toxicity of chemotherapy drugs with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and symplomatic treatment have become imporiant work to improve the level of treatment and prolong survival,Conelusions：discovery and recognization the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs in time and taking effective preventive and measures could obviously the long-time survival of patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
