摘要
目的 :测定HHK人工腱及其各组分材料的主要生物力学指标。方法 :分组将HHK人工腱两个末端分别固定于MTS 85 8生物力学试验机上 ,进行断裂拉力和拉应力等生物力学指标的测定。结果 :Z3 .0、B3 .0、F3 .0各组平均断裂拉力分别为 2 12、179、15 1N ,拉应力分别为 71、60、5 0MPa ;ZBF1.0、ZBF1.5、ZBF3 .0、ZBF6.0、ZBF9.0、ZBF12 .0各组平均断裂拉力分别为 75、10 8、194、3 76、5 0 8、671N ,拉应力分别为 75、72、65、63、5 6、5 6MPa。结论 :HHK人工腱足以供植入人工腱的肢体、指 (趾 )从植入人工腱到形成自体腱的过程中 ,进行功能活动所需要的拉应力。
Objective: To determine the main biomechanical indexes of the human hair keratin (HHK) artificial tendon and its various components. Methods: Two ends of the HHK artificial tendon divided into different groups were fixed by MTS858 Moni Bionix checker, and the biomechanical indexes of their fracturing pull and tensile stresses etc ware determined. Results: Average fracturing pull of Z3.0, B3.0 and F3.0 groups were 212,179 and 151 N, tensile stresses were 71, 60 and 50Mpa respectively. Average fracturing pull of ZBF1.0, ZBF1.5, ZBF3.0, ZBF6.0, ZBF9.0 and ZBF12.0 groups were 75, 108, 194, 376, 508 and 671 N, and tensile stress were 75, 72, 65, 63, 56 and 56 MPa. Conclusions: The HHK artificial tendons can supply enough Tensile stress for functional activities of the limbs and fingers(toes) for the interval between the formation of self-tendon from artificial tendon.
