综述后交叉韧带损伤后重建材料的选择,探讨人工合成材料的应用前景。总结后交叉韧带的解剖、生物力学特性及重建的要求。后交叉韧带的后向稳定性要求更高,其损伤后对重建材料的要求更高。相对于自体材料和同种异体材料,人工合成材料的来源方便、可控性好、力学性能强大,更能满足后交叉韧带的要求。同时,材料学、生物工程的改进和发展,以及免疫学的进步都为人工合成材料的广泛应用提供了保障。人发角质蛋白在后交叉韧带的重建中有着广泛的应用前景。
