摘要 综述后交叉韧带损伤后重建材料的选择,探讨人工合成材料的应用前景。总结后交叉韧带的解剖、生物力学特性及重建的要求。后交叉韧带的后向稳定性要求更高,其损伤后对重建材料的要求更高。相对于自体材料和同种异体材料,人工合成材料的来源方便、可控性好、力学性能强大,更能满足后交叉韧带的要求。同时,材料学、生物工程的改进和发展,以及免疫学的进步都为人工合成材料的广泛应用提供了保障。人发角质蛋白在后交叉韧带的重建中有着广泛的应用前景。 Summarize the selections of the artificial material about the rebuilding of the posterior eraeiate ligament and explore the outlook, To sum up the posterior cruciate ligament' s characteristics of the anatomy and the biological mechanics, and the requirement of the rebuilding by literatures. At the same time, the improvement and the development of the material science, the bioengineering and the immunology provide guarantee to the artificial material is which applid in widely.
