摘要
目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声治疗无法切除的胰腺肿瘤。方法 高强度聚焦超声治疗 5例胰腺肿瘤后 ,定期随访评价患者临床受益反应、生存时间并对 1例治疗后患者进行肿瘤组织穿刺活检观察其病理学变化。结果 5例中 4例出现临床受益反应 ,1例活检组织光镜下表现为纤维结缔组织中可见少量淋巴细胞浸润、坏死纤维化 ,呈慢性炎表现。目前所治疗的 5例病人均存活 ( 3～ 14个月 )。结论 高强度聚焦超声治疗无法切除的胰腺肿瘤安全、有效 ,为临床提供一种新的无创性治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the project with the aim of establishing treatment of unrsectable pancreatic carcinoma by means of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). Methods Five unresectable pancreatic carcinoma patients were treated with HIFU. The patients' clinical benefit response, survival time, biopsy of 1 patient's tumor after the treatment were observed. Results Four of the 5 cases had clinical benefit response, and a few lymphocytes scattered in connective tissue, necrotic fibrotic tissue could be seen in 1 patient under microscope, which manifested a chronic inflammation. At the present time, all patients are alive, survial time from 3 to 14 months. Conclusion HIFU could potentially provide a new and noninvasive therapy for unresectable pancreatic carcinoma.[
