摘要
针对目前高速多通道数据采集中的准确性、实时性和同步性问题,提出了基于FPGA和ARM的低功耗、高速率、高精度、多通道同步数据采集解决方案。根据上述方案进行了系统的硬件和软件设计,该系统以FPGA器件EP4CE115F23C6作为下位机逻辑控制核心,设计了数据采集、采样数据缓存、数据通讯以及时钟同步等逻辑功能模块,实现了数据采集前端的高速采样、缓存以及传输;整个系统采用ARM微处理器S5PV210作为上位机控制核心,基于WINCE 6.0进行软件开发,负责向FPGA发送控制指令以及设置参数,同时对数据前端采样数据进行存储、处理、显示、统计等。经测试验证,与以往的数据采集方案相比,上述提出的方案具有高精度、高速率、多参数同步测量、实时处理、传输不受区域限制、体积小、功耗低等优点。
Based on FPGA and ARM, one solution is proposed to enhance the accuracy, real-time performance and synchrony in high-speed multichannel data acquisition. The data acquisition system is developed in hardware and software. The modules of data sampling, caching, communication and clock synchronization are designed with the FPGA device of EP4CE115F23C6 as the logic control core in the data acquisition front end. The high-speed acquisition, caching and transmission of data are achieved by the FPGA device. On the basis of WINCE 6.0, the ARM microprocessor of S5PV210 is selected as the upper computer to send the control instructions to the FPGA device. Via the ARM, the parameters can be set and the acquired data can be stored, processed, displayed.Compared with the previous data acquisition solutions, the tests show that the above-mentioned method has the advantages of high precision, high speed, good synchrony, real-time processing and free transmission.
