层粘连蛋白与大肠癌转移的相关性研究

摘要 目的 :探讨大肠癌患者血清中层粘连蛋白 (laminin ,LN)水平与大肠癌转移的相关性 ,为临床尽早发现复发和转移提供依据。方法 :采用ELISA方法比较了 4 7例健康人和 171例大肠癌患者血清LN水平 ;以及大肠癌患者性别、年龄、Dukes分期、肿瘤分化程度、DNA指数、CEA、转移状况与LN的关系。结果 :大肠癌患者血清中LN阳性率为 63 16% ;大肠癌的LN ( 2 10 0 1μg/mL)水平明显高于健康人( 5 3 85 μg/mL) ,P <0 0 1;大肠癌转移者的LN水平高于未转移者 ,尤以结肠癌肝转移者更为显著 ,P <0 0 5。其余诸因素与LN未见相关性 ,P >0 0 5。结论 Objective To study the correlations of serums laminin (LN) and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma of patients.Methods ELISA method was used to observe LN variety in 47 cases of health control and 171 cases of colorectal carcinoma,and the correlations of LN and sex,age,Dukes stage,tumor broders index,CEA,DNA index,metastasis in colorectal carcinoma were investigated.Results There were not only the significant difference,P<0.01, between health control (53.85 μg/mL) and colorectal carcinoma (210.01 μg/mL) but also significant difference,P<0.05,between metastasis and non-metastasis,liver metastasis and lymph node of colon cancer,but no correlations between LN and other elements.Conclusions The higher levels of LN might be correlated with metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.It is suggested that LN should be examined for patients of colorectal carcinoma.
