摘要
目的 :描述椎体骨巨细胞瘤的MRI表现及其诊断价值。材料和方法 :回顾性分析 3例经病理证实的椎体骨巨细胞瘤临床资料与MRI表现。结果 :3例病灶均累及椎体和附件。 2例发生于腰椎 ,呈多囊融合囊实性混杂信号影 ,其中 1例可见液 -液平面。另 1例发生于胸椎 ,信号呈相对均一的等T1稍短T2影 ,无囊性改变。增强扫描后病灶有不均一中等度增强 ,囊性部分无增强。结论 :椎体骨巨细胞瘤MRI表现具有一定的特征性 ,典型病例可做到术前诊断。
Purpose: To describe the MR features and diagnosis of giant cell tumor of vertebral column. Materials and Methods: Clinic data and MR findings of 3 cases confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Vertebral column and appendix were involved in all 3 cases. Two of them had cystic and solid parts in which the signal intensity was heterogeneous, and the cystic part seemed to be coalesced by multiple cysts including one with fluid-fluid level. Another one was iso-signal-intensity on T1WI and slightly low-signal-intensity on T2WI without cystic change. After Gd-DTPA administration, the lesions were moderate enhanced heterogeneously without the enhancement of cystic part. Conclusion: The MR features of giant cell tumor of vertebral column have some characteristic and the typical cases can be diagnosed.
