多层螺旋CT三维重建后处理在骨肿瘤影像诊断中的对比研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:通过对比多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维重建后处理与磁共振成像(MRI)对骨肿瘤影像诊断的准确度考察MSCT三维重建后处理诊断的临床价值。方法:选择西南医科大学附属医院2012年11月至2015年11月获诊的80例骨肿瘤患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组患者采用MRI诊断,观察组采用MSCT三维重建后处理诊断,比较两组的诊断准确率。结果:MRI检查组的诊断准确率为72.84%,MSCT三维重建的后处理诊断的准确率为89.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MSCT三维重建对骨肿瘤的诊断具有重要临床价值,能够极大的提高诊断准确率。 Objective To compare the diagnostic accurancy between post-processing of three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)and MRI applied in bone tumors and further evaluate the clinical value of MSCT. Methods 80 cases of bone tumor patients were selected and randomized divided into two groups, 40 cases of each group, MRI diagnosis was applied in control group and MSCT was demonstrated in observation group, the diagnostic accurancy was compared between two groups. Results The diagnostic accurancy of control group was 72.84 % while observation group was 89.57 %, which shows significant differences(P 〈0.05). Conclusion MSCT could greatly improve the diagnosis accurancy of bone tumor and is propitious to be wider applied.
