摘要
研究了用快速冷凝(RS)旋转电极工艺制取的Ti_3Al基合金粉末的物理性能、化学性能、显微结构以及热处理对显微结构、显微硬度的影响。结果表明,用该方法制备的合金粉末,化学成分稳定,工艺性能良好,细颗粒粉末由单相β固溶体组成,但随着热处理温度的变化,粉末的显微结构和显微硬度发生相应的变化。
The physical and chemical properties of Ti_3Al based alloys by rapid solidification and the effect of heat-treatment on microstructure were discussed,The alloy powders were produced by plasma rotating electrode process,The chemical composition of alloy powder has no change during process and the technical properties are quitegood. The fine powders consisted of the solid solution of β single phase dendrites. The microstructure of powders changed with the increasing of heat-treated temperature.
