摘要 本文讨论了Ti-14Al-21Nb合金粉末热等静压(HIP)成形方法和工艺参数对合金室温拉伸性能的影响。用钛作包套并以电子束封焊是用于Ti_3Al基合金粉末HIP成形的有效方法。HIP成形的合金均可得到α_2+β结构,但是初生α_2相的含量随HIP温度的提高而减少,合金经1100℃HIP可以获得较好的强度和延伸率。 This paper has discussed a method for forming Ti-14Al-21Nb alloyed powder by hot isostatic pressing (HIP) and the influence of its parameters on tensile strength. It is an effective method of HIP forming by using titanium capsule and using Ti_3Al base alloyed powder for electron-beam wel ding. Alloy with α_2+β structure can be obtained by HIP, but the contents of primary α_2 phase decrease with increasing temperature of HIP. Superior strength and elongation can be obtained by HIP at 1100℃.
