摘要
分析了纳米颗粒团聚的影响因素及形成机理 ,指出颗粒之间的范德华力、氢键作用、静电作用等各种作用力是形成团聚的根本原因。分别讨论了在气体介质和液体介质两种环境中纳米颗粒团聚的控制方法 ,前者包括机械分散、干燥处理和静电分散等 ;后者包括有机物洗涤、加入分散剂、共沸蒸馏、特殊干燥工艺和超声空化等 。
The influence factors and forming mechanism of nanoparticle agglomerates were analyzed in this paper. This article pointed out that forces such as Van der Waals force, hydrogen bond action and electrostatic action were the essential reasons for agglomerates. Controlling methods of nanoparticle agglomerates in gaseous mediums and liquid mediums were discussed respectively. The former mostly included mechanical disperse, drying operation and electrostatic disperse etc. and the later included washing with organic compound, mixing up dispersant, distillation with boiling, special drying method and ultrasound cavitations etc. At the same time some special controlling methods were emphasized .
