摘要
本文对超临界流体技术在超细颗粒制备中的应用进行了综述，介绍了RESS过程、GAS过程和超临界流体反微乳技术的机理和装置。
The applications of supercritical fluid technologies for preparing ultrosmall particles were reviewed.The mechanism and devices of RESS、GAS and supercritical fluid reverse microemulsion were introduced.
