摘要
本文主要探讨用分步沉淀法制备 ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)粉末过程中高分子型表面活性剂聚乙二醇(以下简称 PEG)对改善粉末性能所起的作用。实验结果表明:当用量为10wt%时,大分子量 PEG 的分散效果优于小分子量的。通过改变 PEG 的加入量可以调节粉末及坯体的气孔分布,加入5wt%PEG_(1540)(分子量为1540)处理改性的粉末,其流动填充性好,粉末压实体气孔分布窄,孔径细小,>1000(?)的气孔仅占2 Vol%,性能明显优于未经 PEG 处理的粉末性能。
In the process of preparing ZrO_2(Y_2O_3) prowders by the stepwisc precipitationmethod,the effects of PEG surface active agent on the modification of powder pro-perties have been studied.The result indicates that when PEG content added is 10wt%,the dispersive ability of PEG will be improved with increase in its molecularweight.The distribution of pores can be regulated by changing the content of PEG.The powder modified by PEG with MW=1540,and 5 wt% possesses much higherproperties than bare powder.The former has narrow distribution of pores(>1000(?) only 2 vo1%) and tiny pore size compared with the latter.
