摘要
文章认为科技创新文化的内涵体系理应包括理论与方法创新、战略创新、管理创新、技术创新、人才创新、环境创新和体制创新等七大创新,并探讨了它们的具体内容。
This article argues that the system of scientific and technological innovation culture should consist of innovations to large in seven fields such as theory and methodology, strategy, mamagement and so on.
