摘要
全面推进创新文化建设,是科研院所对"三个代表"重要思想的具体实践。文章论述了创新文化建设的重要性,分析和阐述了科研创新文化建设的现状及其内涵,对科研院所创新文化建设的发展趋势进行了初步思考,并提出要准确把握创新文化建设的核心和关键内容,通过协调推进、常抓不懈来不断完善创新文化的建设,并用是否促进了科技创新活动来检验创新文化的成效。
Promoting the construction of new culture is actual practice of Three Represent Theory for research institutes. The importance of constructing innovation culture was reviewed in the paper. The status and the intension of innovation culture were analyzed and the development direction of the constructing innovation culture in research institutes considered. It was pointed out we should grasp the core and key content of this work and improve it steadily by harmony promotion. The effect of construction of innovation culture will be reveal by actual achievement of scientific research.
