摘要
对二氧化钛进行表面处理是二氧化钛工业化生产中的关键步骤,其主要目的是为了提高超细二氧化钛的分散性与耐候性,处理的方法和程度直接影响超细二氧化钛的应用范围。讨论了超细二氧化钛分散、团聚与粉化的原因,表面处理的机理,常见的表面处理方法以及适宜的表面处理条件。指出今后的研究重点在于表面特性研究、修饰剂的合适选择、特殊功能的开发以及表面处理化学原理的理论研究等。
Surface treatment of ultrafine titania is one of the key steps in commercial production of titania which is designed to improve its weatherproof property and dispersity. The result of the treatment determines directly application fields of titania. The causes of dispersedness, agglomeration, and pulverization of ultrafine titania is discussed, and, the mechanism, methods,and conditions of treatment is also described. It is pointed out that future re-seasrch should focus on surface characteristics,modifier selection,special functions and theoretical.
