摘要
落实林地年度变更调查的目的是掌握森林土地利用现状及其增长和变化,确保森林资源"一张图"数据库的时效性、准确性和真实性,以此服务于生态建设和林地保护管理的需要。现简要分析了林地年度变化工作中存在的问题,并讨论解决当前具体问题的方法和对策。
The purpose of implementing the annual change survey of forest land is to grasp the present situation and its growth and change of forest land use. To ensure the timeliness, accuracy and authenticity of ＂ one map＂ database of forest resources,it serves the ecological construction and forest protection Management needs.
