本文综述了国内外有关α-亚麻酸和γ -亚麻酸的相关研究进展 ,包括其生物功能、资源分布、提取分离方法等。
The advancements of α-Linolenic acid and γ-Linolenic acid were reviewed in this paper, including the recent work of function, resources, separation and extraction of them.
