摘要
综述了发酵木糖生产酒精的研究进展 ,包括木糖代谢机理、发酵木糖生产酒精的菌种选育及发酵条件等。
Advance of ethanol producing by xylose-fermenting has been reviewed.The characters of strian which can ferment xylose,conditions of fermentation,mechanism of xylose metabolic have been expatiated.
