摘要
根据磨削力数学模型及其经验通式 ,用VB编程语言模拟编制出了计算磨削力的通用软件。利用该软件 ,可以直观地模拟出各个磨削参数对磨削力的影响效果图 。
According to the mathematic model and empirical formula of grinding fo rce, the software calculating grinding force has been simulated with VB programm ing language. The software can visually simulate diagrams that reflect the influ ence of every grinding parameter of hard-to-cut material on grinding force. Wi th the software, a new method for analyzing the influence and selecting the grin ding parameter has been presented.
